  • Do I have to give you my credit card details?

You don’t have to provide us (Free Trial Club) with any personal details, however in order to claim your free trial sample, the vendor requires a shipping fee therefore you will be asked for your credit card details on the vendors check-out page.

  • Do I have to pay for the shipment and how much it costs?

In order to ensure fair sample distribution, we encourage our vendors to charge a nominal fee to cover the shipping costs. In the majority of cases this fee is less than 5.00 US dollars.

  • Can I order more than one item of the same product?

All items are limited to one product per customer in order to ensure fair policy distribution of the available free trial items.

  • My shipment hasn’t arrived, who do I contact?

Contact the vendor whose contacts you can find in your order confirmation e-mail. As a last resort, call the card issuer to cancel the payment authorisation and consider ordering another free trial product which you can find on our website.

  • How do I place an order?

Simply follow the call to action “get free trial” button placed on the product that you want to order. Some products that are available to other countries have territory list links that are placed above the “Get Free Trial” button.

  • Will I get an e-mail confirmation upon ordering?

The vendor will provide you with an e-mail confirmation of the free trial product.

  • Is ordering online secure?

All of our vendors’ payment terminals are secured with an SSL certificate and various payment and privacy protection systems that ensure safe and secure buyer experience.

  • What is the refund policy?

Since we only provide risk free trial offers, we do not issue any type of charge to you.  You will be paying only for the shipment of the first package. Refund of this payment is not available.

  • Why do I need to pay for the shipment if the product is really free?

In order to protect our vendors and make sure that the free trial capacities are used for the interested customer that will want to try the product, we advise our vendors to charge a shipping fee.

  • How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

Each product takes different time to ship. In the US it’s not more than 7 days, however international shipments may take longer.

  • How do I cancel an order?

Each product has its own vendor whose contacts will be included in the free trial order confirmation which you will receive upon ordering. To cancel a product subscription, contact the vendors’ e-mail or telephone or contact your card issuer in order to cancel the payment authorization.

  • Is there a problem ordering from outside the U.S.?

Some of the products are available to US territories only but there are a number of products that are available internationally and to multiple countries. You can find that information on the product page.

  • When is my credit card charged for the shipping costs?

Right after placing your order, you will be charged just for the shipping costs. You have 14 to 30 days to cancel the product/subscription.

  • Will I be charged for the product?

Every product has a risk free trial product. Most products have a trial of 14-30 days. If you are not satisfied with the product in the risk-free trial period, you can cancel your subscription and no fee for this or any additional product will be charged.

  • What happens when I am satisfied with the product and wish to continue using it?

In case you have found the right product for you, after the risk-free trial period, the product distributors will issue a new supply for the product and you will be accordingly charged.
